Becoming a life coach
It seemed obvious to me, one of those things I always wanted to do – to help people the way they’ve helped me. Suffice to say I’ve been through a few things in my life that made me look inward to try to find out who I am to overcome the things that hold me back. And I now want to do that for you too.
For the last few years, I’ve been training with highly-experienced coaches and therapists – working alongside them to understand the unconscious mind, how it drives our attitudes and behaviours, and how it ultimately leads to our self-sabotage.
I believe that our everyday problems are symptomatic of the inner beliefs we hold about ourselves, forged from our life experiences, both good and bad, beliefs that are usually pushed right back deep into our unconscious minds.
Working together, we will unlock those inner beliefs and thoughts using dynamic, intuitive processes, to truly understand what is troubling you, what is holding you back – and to find solutions that suit you and your lifestyle.
I know it can be scary contacting a therapist, or even difficult to accept that you might need some help. I hope I can put your mind at ease with my practical, friendly approach
